Salsa dancing clubs have been all the rage. Each is packed with people who love salsa and dance, but most importantly they are filled with lots of sociable people out to have fun. You might be surprised how addictive those rhythms rhythms can be! Salsa music can make the even the most casual observer an overnight dancer.
Here's some tips to follow when looking for a salsa club:
Females wanting to learn salsa dancing, it is a smart practice to say yes to any guy that asks you for a dance dance at first. Initially, it does not matter if he is too tall, maybe you are not attracted to him, or you don't like how hes dress, salsa dancing is supposed to be a social event. It is ironic, but men you might normally avoid may actually be the ones you would like dancing with at a salsa bar. Usually they are the ones who can really dance and have a good time. They will help you have a good time too. They are actually really nice too! Often if tell them you are new to salsa dancing, they will will guide you along - all in the name of good fun.
Guys, be polite when asking women for a dance. If she says no, graciously thank her and walk away. You will find other women to dance with you.
This is a MUST!! Good Hygiene. Bring mints, put on that deodorant and brush those teeth before you leave for the clubs. Your partner will be very grateful for it.
Make sure you have comfortable shoes so you can be dancing for a long time.
Wear comfortable clothing that will work well for a physical activity. Cotton is a good choice because it will keep you cool while taking the sweat off your skin. Avoid synthetic fabrics like polyester or rayon. These fabrics tend to start smelling if you sweat in them.
Alcohol is nice, but make sure you are mixing it up with lots of water. You’ll be dancing the night away, so its important that you keep hydrated.
